To place an order, use the contact form to email me the Model and Shape that you would like. Include any custom details you are interested in, and I will respond with an initial price quote and then I will contact you to design your dream guitar.

Policies

• A 10% deposit is due when order is placed to reserve your spot. This amount is fully refundable until construction has begun.
• The balance of the price is due upon completion before the guitar is shipped
• Payment can be made using cash, check, or credit card
• Knight guitars have a limited lifetime warantee (details below)
• If you are not satisfied with your guitar, you may return it (in the condition it was received) within 1 week of receiving it for a refund of the price minus shipping costs and any other costs to remove any personalized features.

Warranty

Knight Guitars are handcrafted instruments, which are built to last the test of time. Knight Guitars are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for life to the original purchaser. Any material or workmanship determined defective by Jeremy Knight shall be repaired or replaced without charge for parts and labor provided the instrument is returned, transportation costs prepaid, to Knight Guitars. Knight Guitars will pay shipping costs to return the unit to its owner if repairs are covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized or improperly performed repairs, alterations, and/or normal wear and tear occasioned by use of the product, and does not include any expense for inconvenience or loss of use while the product is being repaired. Although Knight Guitars are built with the finest materials and finish, climate conditions and normal use can sometimes result in finish checks and cracks which are not covered by the warranty.
